PORT ALSWORTH CAMPGROUND
"Glamping" Ok. We've tried to call it a campground but we stand corrected. This is "glamping", aka Glamorous Camping. We offer 10'x12' roofed tent platforms with mosquito netting for walls. The roofs are clear and the platforms are surrounded by old-growth forrest, so you feel like you are immersed in nature. In addition, we don't believe in camping with a crowd. We have 40 acres of old-growth forest so you won't be stacked in like cord wood next to your neighbors. Cost: $50 for 2 per night plus tax. Includes firewood, potable water, solar shower (not your average solar shower) and bear-proof food storage.
LAKE CLARK CAMPSITES
Campsites Because much of Lake Clark is surrounded by private in-holdings, we have teamed up with a few local Dena'ina Athabascan for land use agreements to create private campgrounds. These campsites are some of the best locations in Lake Clark National Park. All offer tent sites, fire-pits, firewood and outhouses. Visit our Trips page for ideas on planning or contact us for more info. Our campsites offer an ease in planning and security in your destination.
